In operation for over 20 years and serving residents and businesses in Central and South Florida. We have recently extended our personal/private chef services to Jamaica so call us if you have an event that includes guests with dietary or mobility restrictions. Our full service – buffet or plated – include any number of courses you choose – buffet with or without servers.

Ms. Dorothe and her team did a wonderful job in making sure my guests got to enjoy some really delicious Jamaican food. The jerk chicken was smoky, off the bone good, the escoveitch fish was tasty and not too spicy. The vegetarians were served curried tofu – they loved it. Dorothe and her team arrived at the venue on time (which gave me peace of mind), and we were impressed with their willingness to help anywhere there was work to be done. I highly recommend OCC to anyone who want great Caribbean food cooked and served by real professionals at their event.

OCC provided Personal Chef for our small birthday dinner. There were specific dietary requests. Dinner and all items were on point. Overall great communication with Ms. Dorothe and prompt response time during planning . Foods and experiences were great.
